Disclosure of identifying data is not mandatory.
Anonymous reports (those that do not include the name, surname, and contact details of the integrity whistleblower) are accepted and will be examined, but they are resolved only if they contain correct and complete information and include indications of legal violations.
In the case of anonymous reports, the results as well as other information regarding the investigation cannot be communicated to the integrity whistleblower.
