About TTSTTS (TRANSPORT TRADE SERVICES) S.A. was established in January 1997 and is organized as a joint stock company with fully private capital.
The subscribed and paid-up share capital is RON 180.000.000, divided into 180.000.000 registered, ordinary, indivisible, freely transferable shares, issued in dematerialized form and recorded by account entry, with a nominal value of RON 1. The company was admitted to trading on the regulated market administered by the Bucharest Stock Exchange in June 2021 (symbol: TTS). TTS shares are traded on the BVB Main Market – Premium category. TTS’s activity consists of the forwarding on the Danube of solid bulk cargo (agricultural products, mineral raw materials, raw materials and chemical products, and general cargo) as well as general cargo. The main object of activity of TTS is NACE code: 5226 – Other supporting activities for transportation. TTS provides integrated logistics services consisting of forwarding, river transport, port operation services, and any other services specific to logistics chain management. River transport and port operation services are subcontracted by TTS to its subsidiaries or to third-party fleets and port operators. TTS is a member of PRO DANUBE Vienna, which is carrying out new projects for the development of logistics infrastructure along inland waterways in Europe (TEN-T). |
